Mr. Fauver is the former CEO of Employease, Inc., one of the pioneers in the Software as a Service sector. He led the company from 1999 to a successful $155 million sale in 2006 to ADP. Prior to joining Employease, Mr. Fauver held various senior executive positions at PeopleSoft from 1991 to 1999 where he served as Vice President of U.S. Sales and General Manager of the Southern Region. He served on the CEO’s senior management advisory team and played a leading role in driving PeopleSoft’s growth from $6 million to almost $1 billion in revenue.

Mr. Fauver graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial management with a computer science specialization. He received a Masters degree in finance from DePaul University.
