From Jacksonville International Airport.
Exit Airport on Airport Road going east to I-95. Take I-95 South to downtown area (approximately 8 - 10 miles); exit on Union Street - bear left, go Union to Main Street (approximately 1 mile), turn right. Go to Bay Street (several blocks), turn right on Bay - get in left hand lane to turn left at next corner (Modis Building directly on your left) onto Laura Street. After you turn on Laura Street, immediately to your left is a sign "Private Parking". Enter for parking under the Modis Building. Take elevator to Lobby. Take elevators at East end of Lobby going to the 13th to 24th floors; go to 16th Floor. |

From Tampa International Airport
Take I-275 North heading towards downtown Tampa. Get off at the Downtown – West / Ashley St. – Tampa St. exit (#44). Stay to the right and go down the ramp, then get in the left lane so that you can merge onto Tampa St. Once you have passed the intersection of Tampa St. and Jackson St., you will see the Hyatt Regency on your left. Directly across from the Hyatt is our building, the AmSouth Bank building. Parking is available in the middle of the block underneath the building (marked "100 N. Tampa") or alternatively you can park at the Old Fort Memorial Parking Garage (at the next intersection, Whiting Street; just make a left off of Tampa St on to Whiting).

From Sarasota
Take I-75 north. Take Exit #50 (Crosstown). There is a $0.75 toll on the Crosstown. Take Exit #8 (East/Downtown Tampa). You will merge with Kennedy Blvd. (aka Rte. #60). Move to the second lane from the left and go approximately 7 blocks to Tampa Street (which is one-way). Turn left onto Tampa and get to the right-hand lane. Lovett Miller is in the AmSouth building which is on the right side of the street. Parking is available in the garage (marked "100 N. Tampa").
