Ms. Nelms has gained industry experience since joining Lovett Miller & Co. in 2000.

Ms. Nelms earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida where she received several distinguished scholarships, most notably the Kosove Scholarship. She graduated summa cum laude and was elected to dual honors programs. Ms. Nelms received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of South Florida Graduate School of Business, where she was elected to Phi Kappa Phi and Beta Gamma Sigma.
